Extraordinary Body Alteration . Part I

forheadimplantspiercednosebizarreboI’ve been keeping as busy as I’ll to don’t have to draft this article..

I am not a massive fan of scarification ; even so I am going to try to keep it as neutral as I’m able to. You can essentially divide the scarification process in two :
1 ) Branding ( scarification thru burns, from heat and others );
the meaning of the world branding is literally :
-an identifying mark burned on cattle with a branding iron. -mark with a branding iron ; disgrace, condemn
-Mark of possession of an animal
-Product identification there are essentially two types of branding, strike ( is when the artist take a chunk of metal and frequently burn the skin over a drawing ) and cautery ( is when the artist uses a cautery pen to burn the image on the person’s skin ).

2 ) Cuttings ( fine scarification employing a thin blade, and to this process you are able to add color using tattoo ink, occasionally it can include the removal of skin patches ).

Ok, now you know the difference between branding and cutting. Let me share more with you : If you choose to select cutting the process will be roughly like :
- topical analgesic is first applied to the skin - the design is drawn with ink onto the required area - The artist then traces the design’s outline with a knife on your skin, you don’t have to fret at about that point, it’ll be a reasonably shallow cut.
- After the out line the artist will apply more analgesic and wrap your skin for few mins ( not as he thinks that you’re a wimp ), but it helps the blood diversion, and make simpler to work.
- depending on the size and the quantity of work concerned the process can take something similar to four hours of :
cutting, analgesic applying, wrapping and waiting till the volume of blood lessen.

If your decision is branding, the method is more or less like marking cattle ( did you ever see it on the T. V. and thought poor animal, ok so we are talking the same language here ; anyway the process goes roughly like so :

- You select the image that you desire ( try and keep in mind that after burning the human tissue tents to grow quite a bit, and as the name say, you’ll be inflicting a 3rd degree burn on your skin ).
- try to stay with easy designs, you must know the results alter quite a bit, and no artist can forecast for sure how thick or thin the scar will be, it is dependent on every one of us curing process. Faster the design simpler is to envision the results that you’re going to get. - attempt to select a flat are of your body, ideally away from bones and imperative organs
- The looks of the scar rely also of the how long the blade will be in touch with the skin, the artist should never apply pressure to it, to get a heavier scar the artist have to keep the blade in contact with your skin for longer.
